First, we are not an appraisal management company nor do we partner with any. We are an independent marketing firm located in Nashville TN and our business is to market your business. We do not take a piece of your fee or negotiate fee splits with any of our lending clients.

We do not falsely advertise that we have 20,000 clients all over the country only to take your listing fees and never deliver you a single order. We have around 300 clients all across the country many of whom close FHA loans in all 50 states. Any site similiar to ours that can tell you in the current lending environment that they have 20,000 lending clients that they market to and that utilize their site are simpy lying to you and stealing your money.

We simply place your company in front of lenders placing orders. No BS and no non-sense. We do not charge ridiculous piece meal fees such as annual renewal fees, per county fees, per state fees, "premium listing" fees, etc. We charge a one time single listing fee that your company pays and that's it.
