If your listing is not already online with us then you will need to complete the signup process so that we can get all your company information into our database.

| 2. How Do I Update My Account? |
Answer.
You can log into the Members Area using your Username and Password that you selected when you signed up for an account with FHA Approved Appraiser.

| 3. What If I Forgot My Username or Password? |
Answer.
You can request for us to resend your account information by selecting the "Forgot Password" link below the member login box on our home page. An email will be sent to the email address you used to create your account with us containing your account information. |
| 4. What Determines the Order of the Listings? |
Answer.
Listings are created based on seniority of the enrollment. Listings are first come, first listed and are permanent. With no annual fees, your 1st position listing will remain there for a lifetime without the need for you to do anything further. |
